iPole created by Melissa Hurst, Owner and Senior Instructor.
I initially started pole dancing with a friend for fun, time went on and she stopped going and not wanting to go alone, so did I. Time passed and I finally decided one day, I enjoyed it, why shouldn’t I go back? So I did. It was great fun and everyone was so welcoming, I like to keep in shape and why not do it at the same time as having fun! I have never looked back. Pole dancing gives me the confidence to be who I am, learn some amazing moves, get away from the stresses of everyday life, have a great time and make some fantastic friends along the way.
Since starting pole dancing, I have noticed so many changes; the way I carry myself, how toned my body has become and even an element of gracefulness! With the closure of the classes I was attending I decided to continue with my passion and set up ipole.
I am more confident now than ever before and this continues to grow. To anyone considering joining the ipole classes, all I can say is the sooner you join, the sooner you will become part of something amazing!
Emily Webb, Freelance Instructor for iPole
I’m Emily and it’s been nearly 3 years since I attended my first pole class. Plucking up the courage to join my first beginner’s class was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Within 5 minutes, my nerves had gone and I left the class knowing that this was the start of a new me……It completely changed my life. It changed how I look at myself, my body, my attitude towards fitness and gave me the confidence and self-esteem boost I needed.
I’ve made so many new friends and met some fantastic people, with whom I’ve shared so many giggles and memories. Becoming an instructor, is a dream come true and it is so rewarding to watch all the lovely ladies that join us, progress and achieve fantastic results.
